Staff was curt and not helpful. Rooms are very clean though and the food was not bad.Cleaning staff is nicer than the front desk clerks and I was charged for 4 nights when I only stayed for two

The service, ammenities, and all my other interactions at this hotel were great, they had a "weekend party policy" and a waiver to accompany it that I was required to sign, but not a hassle at all. Great experience overall, I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel is well located next to the Oakland airport but is way overpriced for two queen beds and no soap, shampoo, few towels and the carpets really needed cleaning. No complementay breakfas,t no frige and no microwave either. The staff was just only barely helpful with requests. The bed however was very comfortable.

I found that the bed was so comforable and the room was relaxing. Customer service needs improving and the staff could be friendlier and more helpful.

I was extremely pleased with the bed! I payed a lot for my bed (back problems) and this bed was as comfortable! Hot tub was great too!
