The hotel was fine. I prefer older hotels that are built with coffee shops and bars, etc., but this place was just fine. I like the media room so I could check my e-mail.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, conveniently located.

Jacuzzi looked pretty nasty.

Went to a raider game with my 8 year old son. The hotel was clean and offered shuttle service. Will return again.

Great location for raider's games and great shuttle service.

Front desk was not very helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I needed a jump for my battery, they were more than willing to accommodate me. The breakfast was wonderful and they made sure there was plenty. I was always greeted with a smile.

The 95-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Oakland Airport is well equipped for both leisure and business traveler and operates a free shuttle to the airport which is less than half a mile away. The modern three storey property is one mile from the McAfee Coliseum and Oracle Arena, home of the Oakland Raiders, the Oakland Athletics and the Golden State Warriors. Free items here are Internet access, a daily newspaper, and a continental breakfast. The property is totally non-smoking and is located in the parking lot of the Great Lakes Crossing Mall.
