Good hotel, very spread out(this could be inconvienent) charges too much for outdoor parking - price warrants covered valey parking not self serve, unsecure outdoor parking available.

Great location with comfortable rooms, nice parking, and staff somewhat attentive to requests (we had a slow drain--they got right on it). The staff were not the warmest people I've met, and gave me a bit of a hassle around getting information on the room I bid on (they'd only know about it when I got there). Overall, our family had a good time.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was immaculate, and the beds and bedding were luxurious. Amenities were first class. Although we were at an airport hotel, we didn't hear the planes at all. Breakfast at the hotel cafe was delicious, probably the best Belgian Waffle I have ever had. Easy access to and from the freeway. We would stay again if we have reason to be in Oakland in the future.

Luxury beds and bedding, several low rise buildings instead of one high rise.

Wish we could have parked for free.

The Hilton Oakland Airport Hotel, a 10-minute drive from the BART Transit System, is set in the center of 12 acres of landscaped grounds. This pet-friendly airport hotel provides everything for convenience, confidence and comfort. Most of the guests were happy with helpful and courteous staff, location, clean quiet adequate accommodations with cozy beds, restaurants, free shuttle and sports bar. In fact, the hotel offered good value for money spent. However, some guests grumbled about Internet and parking cost. And, a few visitors were disappointed with musty smell in rooms, noise, indifferent staff and limited choices for buffet breakfast.
