All went very well - staff very friendly - shuttle on time - very nice room. Maybe the breakfast could open earlier for those catching early mroning flights, but coffee was available.

We stayed one night. Room was great with microwave, fridge, king bed. Convenient to interstate 880 and near airport. Clean, comfortable, good staff.

For $* we expected this hotel to be iffy at best, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked properly and it was handy for the Oakland Airport. The "continental breakfast" could stand some improvement. It consisted of a couple loaves of bread and some danish. Still not bad for the price.

When I arrived at registration the clerk greeted me with "I don't know if we have any rooms" despite having a reservation, it went downhill from there...no king bed as reserved, rude desk clerks, etc.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and felt safe. It was a good value. My only concern was that it was near a rough neighborhood.

Nice, MUCH needed improvements have been made to this place in 2006. The neighborhood is lousy, but if you just need an inexspensive room next to the east bay freeways this place will do just fine. Room & Laundry were clean. The staff was fine with me.

This was not a pleasant place to stay. From our 12:00 AM shuttle pick-up at the airport to the time we checked out. The staff attitude was poor, and flippant. The rooms were old and filthy (sheets laundered but stained). Carpet grundgy, and the continental breakfast lacked everything, even coffee (as did the room).

This a a great hotel to stay at while you're at the Coliseum. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the park and very easy to get to from the airport. There is a shuttle over to the BART station. There's not too much around the hotel itself but the pool for activities. There are a few fast food places for cheap eats which came in handy since the hotel restaraunt was under construction and the continental breakfast was pretty much empty by 8:30 am. The rooms were of average size but clean and comfortable.

Doesn't appear to be a very safe area but I'll probably stay there again because I want to be fair in my rating. Very nice young lady working at the front desk. Nice room for the price.
