Over the entire hotel fine and the location of the hotel was very close to the meeting that we attended.

The location was excellent.

The room doors opened to the outside parking lot (older hotel).

This hotel was very cute. It had a japanese inspired atmoshpere and the staff were very friendly and always had smiles on their faces. It was a very pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking had no garages.

Best Western Mikado Hotel is a comfortably appointed retreat that features a variety of useful amenities to ensure a well rounded stay. North Hollywood main attractions are easily accessible from her. From this site, travelers can visit Universal Studios and J. Paul Getty Museum. Additional attractions include Six Flags Magic Mountain®. Of course, travelers can just hang out with friends enjoying the sites of interest which Nort Los Angeles offer. Visiting families can go on outings to nearby parks, theaters and enjoy a nice a day at the beach. The area also offers plenty of dining possibilities; however guests can dine in for the first meal of their day as a complimentary breakfast is provided. the hotel houses a Japanese restaurante which is known to be the oldest in the area: Mikado Restaurante. For any suggestions, feel free to ask the 24-hour front desk personnel who watch over a safe deposit box.

This hotel is run by a very courteous and overall friendly staff that is very accommodating. The overall cleanliness of the property is generally acceptable. Rooms are comfortably appointed with a nice work area, although they do need newer rugs. As for the beds, even the pickiest sleepers will find plenty of peaceful rest. The breakfast is filling and features all the morning favorites. As Highway 1010 is quite near this location, there is plenty of street noise in the hotel which is not bad f you enjoying the city but if you need some serious sleep.
