The staff and public spaces made this hotel an outstanding stay. I would have been quite dissapointed in it had I paid full price for it, because the rooms needed updating. The upolstery on the chairs in the rooms were ripped. The carpeting had stains, and the outlets were overloaded.On the other hand, the two times we ate at the restaraunt were outstanding, both from the service aspect and the food.

The staff was all outstanding. Public spaces clean and open.

Rooms need updating - clock radio pluged into outlet that was controlled by light switch - kept turning off.

Considered an "entry-level" luxury hotel, most guests had a stupendous experience. The Willow Stream Spa offers a dimension of service that rises the hotel's reputation to that of a weekend resort. With a variety of fitness, and entertainment options, paired with fine dining and helpful staff, this is a perfect getaway for couples or people looking for a place to relax. Guests here felt pampered, and commented on the comfortable bedding, helpful hotel employees, convenient shuttle services, and close location to John Wayne Airport and coastal towns. However, it's in a business area, and not within walking distance of tourist attractions.
