...of course there's always a "but." The hotel couldn't have been closer to the airport, a nice feature when you're flying in for a short visit as we were. However... The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and the water pressure was horrible, even by hotel standards. Upon checkout, my account was charged $200 for a mysterious "internet kit" that was not authorized by me. I am still in the process of resolving the issue with the hotel.

We went to try the sleep no. bed honestly- they had a few big partysat the hotel- they had the wrong room for us first, then we ordered room service which never came- if you are going to sleep only A+- the bed is great! service C- if they are booked for events

My family came to Newport Beach to celebrate the birthday of my 12 year old son. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely courteous & accomodating. The restaurant was superb! Besides the wedding event that took place in the pool area for the entire Saturday-the staff made up for it in every way-they shuttled us over to the Luxurious Hotel next door (Fairmont) to swim in their pool! My family of 5 had a very enjoyable stay....we'll surely be back.

The room/furnishings were not as clean as they shoud be. Sofa was dirty and lumpy, tub did not plug for bath, towels slow to get at pool and pool could have been a little cleaner.

i stayed at this hotel to visit my familly. i was very empressed by what i saw during my stay. although, the hotel was under construction, but the staff were very quick,kind, helpful and friendly.there were times i needed help, and the staff were very helpfull in profisional way. the room was clean and i liked the new desighn of the hotel.i stayed at this hotel before, but this time i did really enjoyed my stay with a group of very friendly staff. i definitly recomended this hotel to anyone.

Got a GREAT fair, there was a little construction, but was never noisy or disturbing. looks good too. and staff was always very friendly and willing to help out with anything. Clean rooms, Decent size, and amazing price! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. another couple went with us and stayed in a separate room and enjoyed it as well.

We only stayed for one night as we live in San Diego and just needed a one night stay after a wedding. Your service was excellent. A young man took good care of parking the car and letting us know where we could find it the next morning. Our breakfast in the grill room was delightful....delicious food and good presentation. The service was excellent.
