The Radisson Hotel Newport Beach is just 1/2 mile from the OC/John Wayne Airport, and a FREE shuttle ride away, it is an excellent hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It is centrally located in Orange County close to the business districts of Irvine, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach. Nearby are also Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Buena Park and the famous Southern California beaches and Fashion Island Shopping Center. In the neighborhood you can also find world-class shopping, golf, beach, and harbor cruises. It offers a relaxing atmosphere of tropical palms, lush landscaping, great service and first class food from the award winning restaurant. They offer free stay for children under 14 and the hotel is 100% smoke free. On site there is an outdoor swimming pool a spa and fitness center for their guests.

This is apparently not a good choice; reports say that it is too expensive considering the quality of the rooms. They are small and often cleanliness seems to be lacking. Pool is apparently not clean and ducks are said to swim in it, not preferable swimming partners. The furniture is old and need replacement, beds are also said to be uncomfortable.
