Liked the atmosphere, staff was friendly and courteous. Even though I checked in late they made accommodations for me.

Friendly staff, very efficient.

A little further away than I wanted to stay but that is not the hotels problem.

The 134-room Courtyard by Marriott Newark Fremont is located in the Bayside Business Park in the center of Silicon Valley and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both leisure and business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, in-room tea and coffee and parking. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from San Jose Airport. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 45 guests. Area landmarks include several golf courses, the San Jose Convention Center, Paramounts Great America theme park, the Winchester Mystery House, Fremont Central Park and shopping at New Park Mall and the Great Mall at Bay Area.

This is a great Marriott property in a good location, close to the highway and shops, and the prices are reasonable for the quality accommodation. That is the opinion of several guests who have stayed here. They were impressed with the spacious rooms which were well equipped and squeaky clean. The staff is professional and polite and takes the time at check-in to explain all the hotel services including use of a computer available for printing out boarding passes. Most guests said they will use this Courtyard again and had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
