My loyalty to the W Hotel Chain dates back to the late 1990s. Time and time again, I am impressed and sold by their every cordial gesture and world-class service. I loved the central location of the W Silicon Valley, being in between the three major areas of the Bay Area: San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. I appreciated their willingness to help at every step of the way, whether it is was inquiring about my lost luggage or arranging a days taxi around the area.
