The Hilton Newark/Fremont is conveniently located just off Highway 880. Upon check-in, my wife and I were greeted by the friendly and efficient, Imelda. She made both of us feel very welcome at the hotel and was the highlight of the hotel. Our room was typical for a 3 star property with better than average bed, pillows, and towels. The bathroom, while not dirty, was a bit tired, and the showerhead was too low for both me and my wife. Our nights in the room were pleasant with minimal noise intrusion from the hall and no noticeable noise from adjacent rooms. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting the south bay; though I hope that Imelda's personality rubs off on the rest of the front desk staff, one of whom was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, just there.

This is a nicely appointed, conveniently located hotel near 880. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

It was very nice and comfortable, should really work on upgrading this 4 star hotel- example- plasma TV's is now in most 3 star hotels.

Former guests here were impressed by the lobby, spacious accommodation and efficient and friendly staff. Also impressive were the reasonable rates and vast amount of parking available and at no charge. There were, however, complaints that some rooms were not well soundproofed.
