The location of the Best Western Elm House Inn is only one of its excellent features. Not only is it located in the world-famous Napa Valley but it is only blocks from historic downtown Napa, famous wineries, restaurants, shopping, the Wine Train, and the Copia Center For Wine, Food and the Arts. Elm House, a boutique Inn, is one of the very few Best Western properties worldwide to have received the coveted "Best of the Best" award for exceptional quality, pride, and dedication to customer service. They are known for their excellent concierge service, guiding guests toward a wonderful visit.

Each room at the very comfortable Elm House Inn has heating and air-conditioning, a refrigerator, telephones with data ports (including complimentary local phone calls), iron and ironing board, cable television, a hairdryer, and coffee and a coffee maker. All rooms are completely non-smoking and some come with a fireplace.

Amenities offered

The grounds of the Elm House provide sitting areas where the beautiful gardens, fountain, and the 10-person spa can be enjoyed. The lobby boasts an atrium with comfortable seating in front of the Italian marble fireplace. Food service begins with a gourmet breakfast and continues with homemade cookies and cold drinks or hot cider (depending on the weather), as well as complimentary wine tasting and appetizers from mid-April through mid-November (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).

The Elm House Inn is a unique combination of a luxury resort and a small boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious - ours had a fireplace and was very romantic. The staff was not only helpful, but friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The breakfast is delicious and filling, and gives you a good send off to wineries and other local destinations, which the concierge will help you set up.
