The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport. There are multiple dining facilities close by and a nice Irish bar across the street. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the shuttle service very well organised. Next time I have to be in San Francisco I will definitely stay there again.Good value for money.

Would definitely stay here again! Staff friendly and helpful. Clean rooms at a great price. Close to BART station. We'll be back!!!

It's a new property, so our room was clean and nice. Breakfast was far better than most places that provide a continental morning snack. I was there for three nights and the only problem I encountered was a faulty electrical outlet in the room (a convenient location). Although I requested it be repaired soon after arriving, it was not. Overall, it was a good property.

One of the things billed for this place was the "spa" which was cold the entire 2 days we spent there. Also, the place is not very aesthetically pleasing, very cold and windy, in a high traffic area. The staff seemed not quite rude, but indifferent.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. Microwave and refridg. A suite no less! 2 tv's.very nice breakfast..this place is tops.

Hotel is very convenient to the airport and the BART. Rooms (suites) were a nice size, clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was made-to-order and eas very good.

Terrific location, close to BART, easy trip to SF. Room and public areas were very clean. Front desk personnel very helpful. Good breakfast included. Underground parking was readily available. We'll stay here everytime we travel to the Bay Area.

The large room w/sleeper couch was perfect for bringing our 2 children. Also, all the free snacks and beverages during happy hour was a bonus. The fridge and microwave came in very handy because of the kids.

GREAT room - 2 beds, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, huge bathroom. Best hotel breakfast ever. Next to Taco Bell. Close to airport & BART for easy access to San Francisco. Nice staff. City tour bus can pick you up right in front of hotel - just ask. We had a great time. Pool needs work but it was too cold to use in Feb. anyway.

service was slow, cooks were rude, parking... there was NO parking. it is a first come, first serve, otherwise you're told to park in the fast-food restaurant's parking lot next door- which, of course they tow cars, so ultimately you end up parking on the side-streets, possibly a few buildings down from where the actual hotel is!!
