Rooms very comfortable. Near to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport.

Traveling with wife & 2 kids (11 & 12). Came right from the airport after flying for 5 hours. They let us check-in a little early--NICE! Dbl queen room was a little small, but beds were excellent. Bathroon was OK, but also on the small side. Couldn't hear the planes even though we were right next to the airport. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Conf. facilities were nice, but rooms were dumpy & need updating. Hall carpets were dirty. Heavenly bed was missing the feather bed mattress overlay & pillows needed to be tossed. Indoor pool & hottub were nice. You can walk along the bay across the street. Could hear the planes landing from our room on the front side of the hotel- but not too loud. Free shuttle to/from airport to catch BART was nice, but the whole trip took about 30 minutes & $4.95 (BART) each way. I would not stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here 1 night before departing to the Philippines. our experience was great. Everything was adequate and satisfactory. We will return here again.
