Rooms were well kept; decor is a little dated throughout but not to the extent it would put me off going again. Overall, not bad at all. Nice run by the waterside!

We stayed here on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon. It was nice to take the shuttle to the airport. No stress, good for staying next to the airport. Our shuttle driver was very nice!

A no-frills, but satisfactory hotel stay at a good price. There was a bit of noise from the airport from about 10-12 PM, but not too bad. The hotel shuttle was very convenient, the staff was helpful and courteous, the food was fine and the room was clean and well-designed.

Very convenient for air travel and parking. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. A coffee cart or espresso bar would be nice.

It was nice staying at your hotel. It has a beautiful lobby and the pool area is very nice and cozy.

Hotel was way too noisy. Parties going on spilling out into lobby--very noisy. Hallways noisy. Carpet was wet in our room--had to move to new room. A/C did not work in new room. Parking places were hard to find and were very tight--sure to get door dings. I would not stay here again.

The lobby was very nice & clean with plenty of seating. Dining not availible very late, no room service after restraunt closes and no other food options (like vending machines or anything else). Breakfast was very good, but limited selection. Room could use some upgrading, but the bed was comfortable.

We were placed in a room that the window did not close so the airplane noise was quite loud. Roof of room was water damaged. Bathrooms require updating. Went to the desk to get a "compilmentary" newpaper and were told that they had to reserve them for "their better guests" With all the hotels in the area will not stay here again.

We expected to eat at the hotel restaurant, but were told to sit at the bar area where people were dressed casual and enjoying a drink. We were dressed for a nice dinner, but eneded up leaving because the atmosphere was too casual.

I was pleased with my room but disappointed that there were no better facilities for eating. The bar and grill was okay but I was in the mood for something fancier and it was not available. The service was excellent, however, even with just one person doing all of it. And the room was full.

The Clarion is very basic. The hotel interior desperately needs updating as is looking very drab!! The room was non-smoking. Howeve,r definitely been home to a smoker previously. The free airport shuttle bus was probably the best thing going for the hotel

Good Things: Bar on site and food made pretty quickly. Bad Things: The heated pool and hot tub were unavailable and when I asked the front desk about those two features, I was not notified so I didn't find out until I went outside to check them out.

Clean, well-lit hotel. The only problem is the $10 per day parking fees. If you're already putting down the cash to stay there, they could at least comp the parking. I did notice some airplane noise, but it was not overpowering.

I really felt the room needed a fridge. We were attending a seminar and the ability to get food was not adequate. Room was ok but there was a section of ceiling coming down in the corner. No directions for heater either all the settings were rubbed off. I did not notice any plane noise.

I first stayed with you the weeked before 9/11. Left the morning of the 11th on flight east that got turned back over the Rockies. When we returned SFO was a nightmare. Not knowing what to do I phoned you and you said come right back and I did. Stayed five days until I could get home. You could not have been more welcoming and helpful the entire time. I have stayed with you everytime since whenever I am in the area. Will continue to do so. Thanks for taking me in.

It was so easy to get here from the airport. We were just on overnight stays at the beginning and end of a trip overseas. We would certainly stay here again. The front desk service was prompt and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Hotel was to close to airport and windows were not sound proof. Also there were no elevators close enough to the room.

person that checked me in was not very friendly. i was not told the hot tub would be closed upon arrival. very loud room, non of the staff seemed to care.

We enjoyed the simple, elegant decor, and especially the down comforters (though not all rooms have them, so you'll have to check). The beds also had extra throw pillows! The furniture was elegant, and curved, no sharp corners, so good fung shei! The service was great, they let us change rooms on our return trip so we could get the down comforters. Our daughter especially enjoyed the round pool and jacuzzi.

We were in town to visit family. We used to live in the bay area. It would be wonderful if you would offer inexpensive rates for those visiting immediate famiily in the area. Have a great day. Peace
