I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much and I intend to stay there on my future trips to L.A. I go every 3 months.

We enjoyed ourselves. The floorplan is a little weird and there is a lot of adjusting over the years that is obvious. Nice people - not really empowered well intended

This was a very reasonably priced hotel but did have draw backs. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors conversations, and our ceiling squeked everytime the person above us walked. Also forget about two people being in the bathroom at one time. However, the location is great and the valet was very quick.

The Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel is an absolutely wonderful boutique hotel with a fabulous location thiscloseto Bevery Hills, Century City and UCLA. The service is great and one is treated like royalty.

We were impressed with the room (clean and large for the price) as well as the comfort of the bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our needs. Very nice pool area and small restaurant where breakfast was enjoyed by all.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms and suites at this hotel. The pool was beautiful and the rate was reasonable for the value of the room!

I'm writing this review because the folks at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel were so helpful the night my girlfriend had an attack of bursitis and couldn't climb the stairs to our room. The two clerks on duty at the desk walked me through a number of rooms before finding one that worked for our dilemma. Excellent service all around, pool was warm and very clean, room service prompt, but coming through in a clutch really impressed us.

Loud humming noise overhead on roof over our Room - wouldn't move us and said noise would stop - it didn't and kept waking us in the nite. At checkout, charged us for using our credit credit card, $2.75 plustax for small bottle of water. No manager on premises to give us discount - we felt ripped off and lied to.

Requested quiet room when reservation was made and at checkin. Given room that had a hum noise that kept going on/off, on/off. Front desk would not move us and said noise would go away. It woke us up several times in the nite. We believe room has some kind of generator or AC unit overhead on the roof and that is the noise. Charged $15 for parking on premises and $2.75 plus tax on a small bottle of water from fridge - charged us fees for using our credit card also. We will not stay here again - a ripoff.
