It was the worst - posted on 01/20/2006
I would say it was worst. Your rooms were very dirty and especially the furniture. We didn't get what we were hoping for. I wouldn't stay here again even you offered it for free.

I agree with other people posting here that this hotel is in definite need of remodeling and upgrading. Very dirty appearance and the bathroom was so bad I would not use the shower. Also very noisy.

For a Sheraton hotel, this hotel was just ok. The lobby was gorgeous, I was very happy. Then I got to the room and I was very unhappy. It really reminded me of a cheap holiday in room. The bed was very nice, but the room just looked dirty. The hotel is in need of remodeling. I guess if you're not hung up on the way your room looked, this room is fine for the price. I'll look for somewhere else next time.
Comfortable hotel. - posted on 05/21/2007
The bed is really comfortable. Staff are nice, and car rental is just right next to the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended.
Close to Airport - posted on 05/14/2007
Air conditioner did not work and it was during a heat wave. The elevators were not working. Disappointing for a Sheraton.
Motel or Hotel? - posted on 05/05/2007
Room was on an outside wall with just an overhang for protection. The setting was more like a motel than a hotel. The guy in the next room got back from the bar at 2:50 am, and kept us awake the rest of the night. The walls are very thin between the rooms, as well as the outside corridor walls where he went to speak on his phone. We could hear him even clearer there. No hotel response besides "sorry" when we complained. The other hotels in the area are nicer, and will stay at one of them on my next trip to LA.
Very nice hotel - posted on 04/21/2007
I thought this hotel is fantastic. The bed was amazing! The shower was excellent, mush larger than most hotels. I will stay again.
Great! - posted on 03/15/2007
It was definitley worth the price we paid. The rooms were beautifully furnished and extraordinarily comfortable for a hotel. Our only complain was lack of parking and with no other option had to pay $12 for overnight hotel parking. Staff was not too friendly, but that happens
great time - posted on 02/25/2007
The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Restaurant in hotel was a bit pricey.
pretty good - posted on 01/17/2007
I stayed ther for two days longer than expected. It was pretty nice. The food in the restaurant was a little spendy though. Overall i would recommend this hotel.

All the employees were very helpful. The room was very nice. I plan on staying there when I return to Los Angeles
Friendly service - posted on 12/25/2006
We are from Australia and stayed twice for several days and found the 4 points Sheraton a very good airport hotel. The staff are all very friendly and offer great customer service. The shuttle runs all hours. The free internet works well.
DONT BE FOOLED... - posted on 12/13/2006
Very disappointed by this hotel. I'm a frequent traveller and trusted a Sheraton chain, but found this hotel to be of the same standard as your typical Super8 or Motel6 level. Need lots of upgrade/maintenance. Not a good choice for the price.
Needs Improvement: UPGRADE NEEDED
Best hotel near airport - posted on 12/01/2006
Easy to get to and from places. The lounge area and bar were spacious and comfortable. The bar had a nice, big variet of beers to choose from with a great bartender in Nemo who preferred beers upon how we liked the previous one.
Good Value - posted on 11/12/2006
For the price we paid the hotel was fine. We used it as lay over between international and domestic flights and it was fine. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport.
cooperation and satisfaction - posted on 10/05/2006
When I couldn't print my boarding pass in the business center on a malfuntioning printer the concierge allowed me to use his computer to print 3 boarding passes. WOW that is real service! Their shuttle runs to LAX at all hours too.
Its was just - posted on 09/15/2006
I have been to better & worse hotels. My stay here was just "OK". The elevators were very slow, and sometimes seemed to stop between floors. The $12.00 per day for parking is a drawback.
Good Value for Money - posted on 07/03/2006
We were staying only one night at the hotel before traveling on by air the next day, and we were quite surprised and impressed about it under consideration of the room rate and in comparison to other experienced hotels in the area. Next time we will check in and stay here again (for some more days).
Decent place to stay, not the friendliest. - posted on 06/30/2006
This was a nice hotel to stay at for the purpose of being close to the airport. I would not stay in regards of a vacation. The registration desk was not very friendly. You had to pay 12$ for parking. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and enjoyable. The restaurant and gift shop prices were absolutely outrageous. We walked to Burger King down the street. So, bring snacks and drinks. The elevators are very slow. It was okay for the price. Nice and clean.
Mostly good; some bad - posted on 06/21/2006
Room was adequate and reasonably-well-insulated from noise, considering proximity to airport. Bed was comfortable. Plumbing worked as expected. However, the hotel does not have adequate parking and wireless internet did not work in my room.
Great Hotel - posted on 06/12/2006
The hotel was priced extremely well for the service we received. The rooms were very spacious with double queen beds, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely sized. It was very close to the airport, and a great place to stay for layovers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again.
Overpriced - posted on 05/25/2006
For the money we paid, we expected more. Our room was like a motel; it was on the outside, near a noisy vent.
Great LAX Hotel - posted on 05/24/2006
We stayed here after our international flight into LAX. Probably one of the best airport hotels we've ever stayed in. Shuttle to/from LAX was timely & check-in was quick - a big plus after a 10-hour flight. Clean, quiet room and great facilities. Hotel staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They even shipped an item we forgot in our room to our home. Would definitely stay here again.
Bad energy - posted on 05/24/2006
Rooms are never aired out. Stale energy in the room. Constant noise from the ventilations systems. Constant unpleasant smell from the restorant below.
Very good for the price - posted on 05/20/2006
Hotel is in a convenient, central location with reasonably easy access to all LA has to offer. Pool was heated to a perfect 80 degrees. Lobby and common areas were typical. Room was well-maintained, but the housekeeping wasn't perfect. Plane noise was noticeable, but easily tolerable. Overall, the hotel was above average.
a little disappointed - posted on 05/09/2006
The price of this motel was expensive already and then they charged extra for each toll free call made and for parking. The management in general or the service in general wasn't up to par. The rooms could have been cleaner and we had to wait a long time for help with our luggage, wait a long time to check out, etc.
A good deal - posted on 04/24/2006
We stayed 2 nights. We could not hear the planes at all. The beds and linen were fabulous including feather duvet. Concierge very helpful in hooking us up with a LA tour. Hotel is right next to a Big Blue Bus stop, making it very easy to ride the bus to other parts of the city. We felt safe at all times. We didn't eat at the hotel because we rode the bus to Marina Del Rey for dinner instead They were quick to get us a shuttle to the airport as well. The pool looked nice though we didn't try it. A great convenient place to stay for a very good price.
My stay at Four Points - posted on 04/05/2006
This Hotel is wonderful. It is convienient to LAX and the staff is very freindly. The rooms are great and clean. The only drawback is the parking situation. If there is a conference or other large activity the parking lot gets full and if you have a large vehicle parking can get difficult.
beware - posted on 04/04/2006
the room was something that you would expect at a truck stop hotel. the quality level at this sheraton is something lesss than desireable. a hole in the shower wall and rusted fixtures. come on now this is something you should not see especiallly at the price you have to pay. one to two star rating at best. the quality of people are ok. the valet service is almost non existent.
Good Airport Stay - posted on 02/03/2006
This hotel, very close to LAX, is an excellent place to stay between flights. Room was clean and comfortable, although there was a little noise from nearby elevator and, of course, planes overhead. Shuttle service excellent. Would stay here again.
Not again - posted on 01/24/2006
I reserved a nonsmoking room, we got a smoking room. We arrived so late that I didn't complain and we left the a day later so early in the morning that I again just accepted the rooms. The rooms were also in an outside area through a rather strange corridor. Won't be staying here again.
GOOD - posted on 01/24/2006
Great room with a huge bed and plenty of pillows. All very clean and staff very friendly - they gave me a smoking room by mistake but changed it straight away. Had to wait a while for the free shuttle on both transfers (maybe 30 minutes) and the walls are a bit thin - I could hear the people in the next room - but that's the only fault. I'll stay there again.

4 Points Sheraton LAX - posted on 01/09/2006
Very nice property located conveniently near LAX. Very comfortable and nicely appointed rooms.
Good - posted on 01/03/2006
It's a good hotel, very well located but the bathrooms are too small, the beds are really good but the cleaning needs to be improved.
Quiet Room - posted on 01/02/2006
The hotel, although located close to the airport, was quiet and clean. The parking was a little tight and always full.
Hotel of Choice - posted on 12/19/2005
4 Points by Sheraton is our family hotel of choice when needed for air travel. It is convenient, efficient, friendly, very clean and modern. they handle a high volume of customers and have enough staff to keep it smooth. For early AM flights it's great to check in the night before and avoid the AM traffic and hassle. The price is very reasonable and the shuttle service is on time.
great staff experience - posted on 12/15/2005
Great location for an quick overnight stay at the airport. Very quiet, good room. Left our ukulele in the room but shuttle driver went back for it while we checked in at airline, he was great!! Will stay on our return from Hawaii
Affordable Comfort At LAX - posted on 12/14/2005
The Four Points Sheraton offers a clean comfortable room at a very affordable rate. While there is nothing remarkable about this property, it is an excellent choice for no frills comfort.
Excellent Stay - posted on 11/14/2005
I stayed at the Four Points as I had a very early flight the next morning that required an even earlier check in. I searched for a hotel that had the right price with the right amenities. Four Points was perfect! The shuttle was on time, the room extremely clean and well provided, breakfast buffet just what I needed, and very friendly, efficient hotel staff with ready smiles. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
What a dump! - posted on 11/02/2005
What a dump this place is. The carpeting in the room and hallway are worn and dirty. No mini-fridge, no microwave in room. $10/night for parking. Outrageous prices: $5.35 for a bowl of cereal, $7.35 if you want sliced fruit with it, $1.50 for outgoing calls. This is more like a low end motel than a hotel.
Best Beds Yet!!! - posted on 10/04/2005
We stayed here for two nights the beds were huge and so many pillows, my husband and I still had room for 3 people in our bed. Very comfortable and the service were great. Best sleep I had in Years. Will be staying again in Dec. 2005
great stay - posted on 10/01/2005
Very convenient, great staff and service. We stayed overnight after a flight from Tahiti and our room was ready at 12:00 p.m. when we arrived which was great since we were exhausted!
Great Value - posted on 08/18/2005
An older upgraded hotel close to the airport. The room was very comfortable with a King size bed. Excellent value for the proximity to the airport.
LAX Stopover - posted on 07/25/2005
The hotel facilities, especially the pool area and the restaurant, were very good. The staff are courtious and helpful. My room had an ancient noisy aircon and smelled of cigarettes - I had requested a non smoking room. I would choose it again but be very firm about the quality of room allocated.
Nice place - comfortable beds. - posted on 07/13/2005
The food at the restaurant was very good. There is a complimentary shuttle service to a nearby shopping mall which is very convenient, however, this shuttle failed to arrive for me at the end of the day but the hotel reimbursed me for my cab fare.
no free parking - posted on 07/11/2005
We think that you should be able to park for free when you pay to stay at the sheraton. The rooms were small and beds were comfortable but small. Very noisy when you stay in the tower rooms because of the airplane traffic and noise from people coming and going.
GOOD TIME - posted on 07/11/2005
The hotel offered a shutle to a TARGET and 2 other malls. I think that that was great
Passable - posted on 07/05/2005
Book the Deluxe room or else be prepared for something leading in from an outside common passageway, open to jet landings, noisy guests and so-so privacy. Room could have used better housekeeping and more courteous check-in personnel.
Hot tub ? - posted on 02/27/2005
yYu really need to get a hot tub. When we were there it was too cold to swim but it would have been nice to be able to relax in the hot tub.
