Terrific location. Rooms are huge and extremely comfortable. Service is top notch. Loved the spa as well. I stay here whenever I am in LA

Noise from adjoining rooms and outside worst ever. A/C did not work in our big expensive suite. Vallet parked our car in a no parking zone, I received a delenquent parking ticket weeks later. Staff was no help at all.

The hotel looks like a remodeled dormatory but it's nicely appointed. It was the worst check-in experience ever! My wife and I waited over four hours for a handicapped room! Front desk very abbrasive and gruff. It took bell desk 15 minutes to find our bags. Pretty much a party hotel complete w/ small pool and expensive drinks. This hotel reminds me of a the ugly, insecure and bratty little brother of a much more mature and refined Vegas boutique hotel.

Fantastic hotel with great service, location, and the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. Love the hotel and stay here often.
