The hotel met my needs perfectly as a one-night stop over on my way home from vacation. Close to the airport and frequent shuttle service offered, had the breakfst buffet and it was excellent as was the service from the employees I interacted with, especially in the dining room.

The sheets smelled like smoke. The front desk did not have change. The business center shut way too early. Won't be back. Expensive parking.

Having spent 3 scary nights in a dump hotel downtown - staying at the Sheraton was like a dream come true. The hotel was luxurious, everything was neat and tidy. Staff were really friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was luxuriously decked out and I love the colours they used. The best was the large comfortable bed with nice firm pillows.

a hawaiian layover brought us to the Sheraton so I needed a room near the airport, but didn't want to hear planes. This place works well. Only drawback is the expensive restaurant. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, though. Outdoor pool and hot tub, so check your season...

After the late arrival @ the hotel, I walked into my room just to find out the room wasn't ready for me. The bed wasn't made nor the bathroom. After 3 different tries, I finally got the room that I could sleep in. The hotel didn't stand up for its name and the reputation. I was very disappointed.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel. After a long late flight from NYC and not knowing our way around CA this hotel was perfect! It was right near LAX and the rental car place. The hotel was clean and luxurious. a ! They had a Starbuck's in the lobby which was an added plus. The only bad thing was the parking! If you didn't want to pay the valet $20 per day for parking your car, you had to park in the back lot. It was a good 3-4 block walk in the DARK! No lighting and it was $11 per day. So, I opted to pay the $20 bucks since we were only there for 1 night.

We stayed here in 2003 while on layover to Hawaii and because of the friendly staff and excellent accommodations, we decided to stay again in 2004. Our flight arrived late and the staff was so incredibly helpful in getting us unloaded from the shuttle bus, to registration and to the room. We were extremely grateful since we were traveling w/ small children. After flying from the east coast all day, it was nice to get into a clean room and COMFORTABLE bed! I highly recommend this hotel to all traveler's. Well worth the money.

I retreat to the Sheraton when I need to just unwind and regroup... It's quiet... albeit that LAX is right outside... I love having my room in clear view of the Gateway lights!...and the bed is heavenly... at least to me...

Great Fitness Center with indiv flat screen tvs. Love the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds! Would definitely recommend

I stayed here because I was attending a conference; however, if I had it to do over I would have stayed down the street. The rooms were old and borderline clean, the bathroom was tiny, and we saw large insects moving in the chandilier of the restaurant. Aside from proximity to the airport and friendly employees, this was a huge disappointment.
