Well situated near lax, good shuttle service, friendly staff, good service, (Westin was better), nice rooms. Shula's too expensive and room service is too expensive and I've had much better elsewhere. Breakfast buffet is expensive, but very nice. Seats in booths in bar are very low and uncomfortable, but food is good and reasonable. Shuttle service is very good; porters are friendly and get the luggage in a very timely fashion. Checkout online is easy and fast. Maid service is excellent and room service is fast. Lobby is nice, check in personnel are friendly and efficient. They made a mistake on my bill, but it was quickly rectified.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, good location.
Main restaurant is too expensive, room service is too expensive.

The guestrooms are spacious and welcoming, with comfortable beds. Staffs are remembered for being professional and attentive. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Los Angeles Airport, as well as to and from the Manhattan Village Mall.
