Negative: only valet parking available, on the one way street, found homeless people in the nearby area, could not find variety restaurants nearby.

The Marriott Los Angeles Downtown comprises 400 rooms and 69 suites and is located in the financial district of Los Angeles. All the guestrooms, and 69 suites, have floor to ceiling windows and a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access. Other amenities include telephone with voicemail, in-room safe, coffee and tea making facilities, Internet browser television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, wet bar, iron and ironing board, alarm clock bathrobes and a hairdryer. This Marriott gets great reviews from those who have stayed here. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms; the service is super and the location ideal for the business traveler so close to the Los Angeles Convention Center.
