This luxury hotel is now The Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City. The 363-room property has been upgraded and offers a great location for both business and leisure traveler in the heart of Century City, just minutes away from Westwood, Bel Air and Beverly Hills. The hotel is within walking distance of 20th Century Fox Studios, MGM Tower, Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive and upscale shopping at Westfield Century City. A quick drive will take you to the Getty Center, Los Angeles city centre, UCLA or the beach. The hotel with all modern facilities has space to handle seminars and banquets for up to 400 people.

Businessmen who have stayed here are full of praise for the accommodation food and special help they received at the business center. Most leisure travelers loved the location but there were complaints about the high cost of room service and dining. But, as one previous guest said, this is Los Angeles and you have to pay the price if you want to stay anywhere decent. Rooms all enjoy views of Los Angeles and have a Californian décor, marble bath with walk-in shower oversized tub, hairdryer and bathrobes. There is a choice of one king or two double beds, work desk with Internet access and a private balcony. Amenities include TV with cable movies and pay-per-view movies, dual line phones with voicemail and a minibar. All guests get a newspaper delivered each morning.

The hotel’s Park Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with Californian cuisine. The Park Grill Lounge offers lighter fare in addition to a full range of drinks. The modern on-site fitness center is open 24/7 and there is a full-service spa in addition to an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. There are safety deposit boxes and an ATM at the front desk and ice machines throughout the property. The business center is open from 7.30am until 5pm and room service is available around the clock.
