Nice Overall! - posted on 01/04/2006
Rooms were clean, quiet, large and in great condition. Fridge in room. Microwave at the sundry store behind front desk. I was surprised at how quiet it was here for being so close to the airport. Nice bed and pillows. No self parking meant paying $14.30/night for valet. Buffet breakfast had made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, muffins, etc. This was $11.00. Good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport and you factor in the extra charges. Free internet was great. Didn't use the free airport shuttle. Good service, nice staff.

I was pleased to arrive after a long journey at a hotel with a friendly staff, The rooms were larger than I expected and quite nicely updated and comfortable for the money. I enjoyed the hot tub could have been a little hotter. I was disappointed for my little one because there was no pool as told to me on the phone by the reservationist. The dining room was right off the lobby but the food was good and service fast. Overall we enjoyed for a quick overnight very pleasant and clean and very convenient to the airport just a 5 minute shuttle ride.

I like this hotel. If I have a chance to stay near LAX, I will select this hotel again.
This Is A Decent Hotel - posted on 07/26/2005
Given how close this place is to LAX (one block), it was pleasantly surprising to find the rooms to be quiet and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was expensive but quite good. My only additional comment has to do with parking: There is no place nearby to park your own car, and the hotel charges for each night your car is parked with them (and there is no sign indicating this charge will be applied).
Unexpectedly Good - posted on 03/16/2005
When I stayed at this hotel, I was pleasantly suprised by how large the rooms are. The room is quite comfortable and the maid service is excellent. Check-in and Check-out are fast and painless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place to stay. It doesn't have any bells and whistles, so if you're looking for something really fancy, this isn't the hotel for you.

THE 1st THING IS TO PUT LARGER LOGO ON VEHICLE USED FOR SHUTTLE. A PERSON WITH LIMITED VISION AS MYSELF LET THE SHUTTLE RIDE AROUND A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE RECOGNIZING IT.PERSONALLY THE ONLY THING I FOUND AGRAVATING WAS THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH COFFEE IN THE ROOM & THE LOBBY COFFEE WAS AWLFUL. OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I WILL LOOK HERE 1st TO STAY WHENEVER I RETURN

I stayed at the Courtyard in order to go to a show at the Sheraton LAX, around the block.People were friendly and very helpful, food ok. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. Please put sign to specify exact location. Otherwise, people may end up in the 'burbs and not know it.
Needs Some Heat - posted on 02/27/2006
The room was beautiful, quiet ambience despite that its right next to the airport. But the heater would only get so hot and that day it was raining so it was a bummer. We ended up having to get under all the blankets to stay warm. Otherwise it was great.
overall pleasing experience. - posted on 11/22/2005
There were only two things I was not pleased with. First, there is no self parking. Had I driven my GTO like I planned, I would have been upset. NO ONE gets in the driver seat but me. Most people can't handle the power and would have put it through a fence. The second thing is the price of food on premesis. $2.50 for a bottle of water! $2.25 for a snapple! Come on. That's outrageous. Luckily, there is a Subway sandwich shop not far away.
