My wife and I loved the hotel. The pool was small, although there was not much space and we appreciate that land is expensive. We had a great stay and when our business or pleasure takes us to LA we will certainly book with you.

It was very nice and clean. Bottle water, mid fridge, and microwave. The service was very good and the location was good. Off street parking and very quiet.

Very clean. The rooms are small for a king bed. Service was good and the breakfast was adequate.

Nice place to stay. Ethernet was not working in the rrom I had. Dialup was billed at $0.80 per minute - way too much.

I don't know how this can be rated 5 faces.I never had a room which had view of someones front yard.Close to freeway.Some construction goin on by pool.Pool was not usable.Jacuzzi was ok.Housekeeping was awesome.I think they are the best I've experienced.When cleaned room it was like our first day.Vacuumed, and replenished.Front desk very helpful.I don't think we would stay there again

The place doesnt look like much from the outside, but this place is WONDERFUL. The lady at the desk was so helpful and informative. The rooms were super clean. The rooms were a bit small, but WOW the SIMMONS BEDS more than made up for that. So from now on Im gonna save some money and stay here. i do have to mention that this is not the quietest place but they are so conveniently located to everywhere!

After staying at several internet-connected, low-to-moderate priced motels in Glendale, CA, I found the BW Eagle Rock. The staff is superb at what they do and friendly while doing it; the rooms are clean; the housekeeping service effective and well-timed. This is not a fancy place by far but it's clean and comfortable for a few days. And stuff works.

We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at this Best Western, the bottled water, the video library of pretty recent mainstream and family friendly movies, off-street parking, in room minifridges and microwaves, and cleanliness of the facility as a whole.
