Best hotel near the airport! The central location let my family see everything in LA without changing hotels. Doesn't even feel like you are by the airport. Would definately stay again!

When our separate credit card statements came through, we noticed we had both been charged for the room, each the full price. Only one of us should have been charged. The problem was that we gave one card to them at check in, and decided to put it on another at check out. I thought it might confuse the young lad, and asked him to make sure, but as it turns out, he charged us both on each of our cards and wouldnt have known if we hadnt checked a month later.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT. Everyone was helpful, the hotel was extremely clean, all the staff was very nice, I would reccomend it to everybody!

This was a very nice hotel. I was leery of staying at an "airport" hotel but this very nice. Convenient to LAX and nice quality furninshings and bedding, clean and very quiet.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It had a well-equipped fitness center and a cute outdoor pool/spa area. Although the room was a bit cramped, the luxurious beds and linens more than made up for it. We didn't try the restaurant, but all hotel staff were very warm and hospitable. Highly recommended!

This was a great experience. The Hotel was beautiful, food was great and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely stay at the Renaissance Montura Hotel again and again.

Beautiful decor, awesome breakfast menu/buffet, reasonable price, convenient location. Hair dryer in the room was broken; no feedback forms in evidence in room & forgot to mention it on checkout. Need better internal signage (e.g. to & in parking garage).

GREAT HOTEL.ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.I CHECKED IN BEFORE 9 AM.STAFF WAS GEART,VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY HOTEL SERVICES BOOK WAS THE ONLY FRUSTARTING PART.IT SAID AS A GUEST STAYING ON THE 10 & 11 FLOORS(I WAS) YOU HAD ACCESS TO THE CLUB LOUNGE WHICH HAD A GREAT VIEW OF LAX ON THE 11 FLOOR,ALONG WITH FREE APPETIZERS AND DESSERT.WHEN I TRIED TO ENTER I WAS INFORMED I WAS NOT ALLOWED, HOWEVER A NICE GENTLEMAN SAID I COULD COME IN ANYWAY AND OFFERED DRINKS AND FOOD.

The facility has been beautifully renovated. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Excellent customer service from every staff member we encountered. We did the 7-day Park N Fly, a great value for this upscale hotel.

The water in the shower was cold and the service in the restaurant was poor. The hotel is definitely great value for money and a good service from LAX. We had a luxury double room and a fantastic breakfast (fresh omlettes made befrore your eyes etc). !

Nice room except for no drawer in the bedside table. Good service throughout the hotel. Good food in the restaurant.
