Hotel itself was great. Our experience wasn't good due to bad service. We checked in at 11:45 pm very tired after an 18 hour flight. Gave us single bed instead double with broken A/C unit. Then it took for ever to move us to another room after technician can't fix the problem and again to another single bed room w/c they promised a double bed this time. Then we have to wait for another 45 mins. for additonal bed to come and by the time they're done it's already 2:15 AM and we have to get up at 5 AM for an early flight. It really defits the purpose of staying in a hotel to get a good rest before our flight connection. Its a bad experience all together.

I requested 2 beds but gave me 1, a/c did not work and it took 1 hour for them to transfer us and again a single bed w/c they promised double.

Good quality hotel if you do not mind being near the airport. Parking is a bit pricey. Rooms are good and exercise facility is adquate - - no free standing weights. Did not use the restaurant facilities.

Good quality for a good price.

Had to accept a smoking room.

This is a great hotel for leisure and business travelers. Most of the guests appreciated efficient and helpful staff, proximity to the airport, complimentary shuttle service, comfy beds, food, elegant and sound proof rooms and breakfast. They believed that it offered good value for money. But they disliked overpriced parking, views from the room and size of the pool. A few guests were annoyed with dirty bathrooms and accommodations.
