We were very pleased with the service of our stay. The room was very pleasant and comfortable, and at an affordable rate! We will definitely stay at this location on our next visit to Los Angeles, CA.

Only short stay. Unfortunatly no breakfast option for early airport departures. Seen very little of hotel.

I thought the hotel was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only issue I really had was that the pool area needed to be cleaned or at least checked more often as it seemed neglected and in need of some cleaning.

I have been living at this hotel during the week for the last two years. The staff is great and the rooms are nice. Parking is limited, as in much of LA. Not much to do in the hotel itself, but good managers reception.

The Embassy Suites chain is dependable and I've never run into a bad one. This one was good as well

We flew into LA from the east coast and arrived at 1 a.m. This hotel is literally minutes from the airport. Clean, nice breakfast, large rooms. Very comfortable for a family of 5. The pool is rather dark but was ok for a quick dip.

We had no problem with our room or the service the night we checked in. The next morning, we flew to Mexico for a week, before leaving, we reserved a room for the following Saturday. Another person in our party put it on her credit card and got a receipt showing the reservation. The shuttle driver was rude and snapped at the passengers, then made a snide remark "thanks for the tip!" We do not tip when one is not deserved and do not feel we owe them anything for being rude. When we returned, there was no room for us! We were given a room with 1 bed for 5 people!!! To top it off, my friends credit card was charged for the reservation. These are minor things to correct, but could assist in return reservations.

like most Embassy Suite experiences I've had, the rooms were spacious, there's no long dark corridors, and not having to worry about breakfast is great. This Embassy Suites was like all the others -- great!

NOT worth the money; things were brokon, leaky, in disrepair. The pool water smelled musty. The ambiance is not close the finery experienced at other Embassy suites.
