Our first Omni experience was fantastic! The room was gorgeous and QUIET, and the bathroom was fully equipped (separate shower/bath, phone, TV speaker, even a scale!) It was great to be treated like royalty by the staff. The mandatory valet parking ($24) was a shock but worth it to know our vehicle was safely underground. We will be back!

i've stayed here several times on business, and would do so again. downtown l.a. isn't much, but this hotel is right in the middle of it. nice restaurant and bar, starbucks next door, and the staff is really terrific. wireless internet, too. definitely recommend.

We were greeted warmly by the valet as we arrived. The first thing I noticed was the classy ambiance of the quiet boutique hotel. Check in went very smoothly and swiftly. The room was immacculate! I loved the whole place. The only thing missing was a sundry store. Also, the service and food at their Grand Cafe was horrible. It seemed like our server was overwhelmed and the food was left out for too long. It took almost 2 hours just for lunch.

Such a nice hotel! I was unsure at first as the previous reviews satsed $24 parking. Not the case I was treated to exceptional service, to include bags delivered to the door. All ameniteis are perfect. I highly reccommend the upgade to a Club level room $35 which includes drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning not to mention an upgraded room. The view I had was amazing with the hollywood sign in the distance. What a great stay I had, will stay here again next time I visit LA

There is nothing negative to say of this hotel. Yes, water is $6.00 a bottle in the room but only you decide to drink it or not. Wonderful, convenient location, great staff, better than imagined. This was our first trip to LA however the Omni will always be our hotel of choice. I can't stress enough how good the service was. I'll surely be back.
