This hotel is an "all good" stay. Good location, Good service, Good price! Whenever I go to LA I'll be staying here!

Stayed here during Screenwriting Expo 4. The hotel is literally across the street from the Staples Center and the LA Convention Center, so it made for a great base of operations. I could stop by between seminars, upload lectures to my computer and take a power nap before heading back out. Room was clean and spacious (for a single traveler), staff was friendly. Had breakfast in the dining room, nice if a bit pricey for a breakfast buffet.

Five stars? No chance. It's close to the convention and Staples centers. High speed internet is free... which isn't innovative anymore. The bar area is nice There's little parking and the hotel makes it your problem unless you pay the valet. The rooms are outdated and my "non-smoking" room was a former smoking room bathed in air freshner. I'm still coughing.

Covered, Valet Parking w/ in and out privledges: $15. Good choice if going to even at Staples Center. So close, can walk to Staples Center. The restaurant inside is DELICIOUS! Rooms are clean. Stayed for 6 days - very happy. No microwaves or fridge available.
