Its walking distance from the Staples and Convention Centre. Mins away from the Major attractions through the highways (depending on traffic) You don't even have to leave the hotel room to see the Hollywood sign! The only thing I. didn't like is the parking fee of $15 a day.

I loved the View! You get to see the Hollywood Sign on the hills.

Had to pay for parking as a registered guest of $15 a day.

This is a good hotel for those who need to stay downtown. We needed to be close to Good Samaritan Hospital. We had to find a hotel on short notice. This hotel was helpful and made our need to stay longer than planned easier.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

No restaurant on site.

Holiday Inn City Center at Conv. Center, fifteen miles from the Los Angeles International Airport, is steps away from the Convention Center and the Staples Center. The cultural and financial districts are within comfortable walking distance. The inn, located in downtown, prides itself on outstanding service. The hotel has a business center featuring a fax machine, printer, PC and copier; an ATM for emergency cash; game boards for children; self and valet parking facilities; seven fully-equipped meeting rooms; and safety deposit boxes for valuables. Complimentary high-speed Internet and newspaper are a big plus.

The downtown inn offers all state-of-the-art conveniences for an enjoyable stay. Almost all guests liked its location. Most of them were satisfied with clean comfy rooms, restaurant food, business center, well-kept hallways, complimentary Internet, professional and polite staff and value. However, some travelers grumbled about inconsistent service, noise, slow elevator and dirty rooms.
