For business or pleasure, the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect. The breakfast was ok for an on the run situation. Staff very polite and helpful. Parking was easy. The amenities were great.
As, it was a business and leisure trip, location and surrounding restaurants were perfect.
Bathroom was cramped.

This hotel is located in the Chinatown District. There are numerous Chinese restaurants in the area and some shops as well. The rooms are very nicely decorated in Asian theme and very peaceful feeling. The woman giving out the complimentary breakfast was very abrupt and would only issue a minimal amount of food and beverage, not sufficient for two people staying there. All in all, the hotel was comfortable and satisfactory.
Very clean, well decorated, comfortable beds.
Coffeemaker didn't work, complimentary breakfast lady was abrupt and rude, and our room was in a dark hallway near an exit door.

A shopping mall, and Chinese acupressure and herb shop are within the premises of the hotel for added convenience. There is also a barber / beauty shop and pharmacy. Everyday Hill Street Café, onsite restaurant, serves free continental breakfast consisting of juice, tea, coffee, fruit, cereals, croissants, bagels and waffles. But you have to go out for lunch and dinner.

This 3-Diamond AAA hotel offers all facilities for an enjoyable stay. Many visitors were satisfied with clean comfy basic rooms, free breakfast, helpful and cheerful staff, value for the money spent and location. However, leaking ceiling, mold on shower, poor service, smoke smell in non-smoking accommodations, shabby rooms and dated exterior were major concerns of some guests.
