Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable (especially the bed), nice and well furnished, not badly priced and it is at a great location in downtown LA. It is perfect for the business traveler. There is no mini bar. Parking is a fiasco and customer and room service are lacking. Food at the restaurant is delicious, but very expensive. Read our customer reviews?
