Great Stay! - posted on 12/28/2006
We were impressed with the level of service--we got to the restaurant after 11a (when they normally stop serving breakfast) and they accommodated our request for breakfast anyway--the oatmeal was delicious!
A Wonderful Experience - posted on 07/07/2006
In general, I am glad to have stayed here. All criterias went above expectations EXCEPT rude and sarcastic front desk girls who lack basic courtesy and respect for their guest.
great deal for kids - posted on 05/12/2006
Since our children are 8 and 12, we felt they needed their own beds and space. The hotel gave us a great deal - almost 1/2 off - for a second, adjacent room for our kids.
How to ruin a visit - posted on 04/30/2006
Location: great. Room: very nice.:In-room dining: excellent. Front desk clerk in response to a simple question about parking: impatient and rude. Despite the nice room and location, I'd never go back.
Parking - posted on 01/21/2006
Parking is overpriced and very inconvenient. We entered during an event and people directing traffic were totally un-coordinated. They had us driving in circles and into dead ends. If I hadn't prepaid for the reservation, we would have gone to another hotel.
Satisfied in Long Beach - posted on 12/08/2005
The Hyatt in downtown Long Beach is excellent. Beds are comfortable and all the best of the area is within walking distance or a short taxi ride.
Great Time in Long Beach - posted on 02/27/2005
We had a heard a lot of negative things about this hotel and found them mostly to be wrong. Parking is expensive. Location cannot be better. Long Beach is blooming and you are right in the middle of everything. You never have to get into your car. You are walking distance to great entertainment and restaurants and you are right across from the beach. Had a great experience.
