Jennifer L. made my stay a good experience. I wish that all employees at the hotels had the same great attitude as she has.
Bad room placement - posted on 04/10/2006
Our hotel room was located on the third floor behind the sky-light well. We looked out to a peaked glass window and the ugly roof of the second floor. No view at all. I might expect that this would happen with a full hotel, however, the hotel was not full. Staff at the desk was rude at check-in. Parking in garage late in evening was full with no place to overflow to.
Enjoyable Stay - posted on 04/07/2006
We stayed at the Hilton Long Beach the night before our cruise on March 25 and was very pleased with the hotel and service (with the exception of room service). The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were very nice with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. We had problems getting in touch with room service and ended up calling the front desk. Over an hour later our dinner arrived. The room stewart said that he had just received the order. The breakfast buffet the next morning more than made up for the slow room service. I would definitely stay there again.

excellent location. Nice rooms in a very nice hotel. Did not live up to the "Hilton" image/reputation. Had to pay for parking! Outrageous!
Not What I Expected - posted on 06/29/2005
For a Hilton, this one ranks among the lowest. The restaurant offered mediocre fare. Very little amenities for gold or diamond level patrons. The staff was rude. Watched a front desk clerk belittle a customer in front of a full lobby. Unacceptable. I will recommend that my company NOT use this Hilton again. The greatest feature is it's very convenient location, and beautiful facility. Had to pay daily for internet access and parking. A shame, making your customers pay for services that should be included in the high $$ price.
Didn't meet expectations - posted on 02/27/2005
We asked for an oceanside view and got industrial shipyard view. There were NO oceans views. The daily parking was costly and the elevator from the garage to the hotel took forever.

You indicated that the executive room included a buffet breakfast and this was not the case, although there is a buffet breakfast offered by the hotel. Also, your area code for the phone number is wrong.
