I loved it. We were treated like royalty. We have a small puppy and they welcomed him and treated him as well as they treated us.
They treated me like I was someone important staying in the best suite and not just someone who got a good deal.
There is no ventilation in the bathroom for steamy showers.

It is a nice location and the rooms are questionable. On my last visit I was disappointed due to the condition of the room. To a guest arriving to stay the room was not what I would consider acceptable. I did return to the front desk at which time I was moved to a different room which exceeded my expectations. I was grateful for their response.

When I went to the first room the overall conditions was not good.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Very nice atmosphere inside and out. Very comfortable.
Very comfortable very clean, relaxing and calm.
Only one choice of hotel restaurant.

The location is unbeatable-just minutes from Long Beach Airport and LAX. There is plenty to do in the area-so for the business traveler who chose to bring his family-they will be assured that the family is occupied. The rooms are large spacious and clean.
