Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?
This is a wonderful expensive hotel with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a Renaissance. Some guests said it was too expensive and too pretentious but the majority said if you can afford it this is THE place to stay in Long Beach. The location is great, in the heart of the entertainment district, and the top notch team of employees provides polite and professional service. The hotel has spent $11 million upgrading the property so you can forget any earlier complaints that the rooms were looking a little tired and dated.
