Very nice hotel with pleasant, helpful staff. High speed internet (wired), and much nicer furnishings than most hotels. I would stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

From the moment we registered to the time we left we were quite pleased with our stay. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and the wait staff pleasant and accommodating.

The front desk staff was very professional.

Nothing was displeasing.

Items included with the room rate at this five-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 45 guests. This is a great Courtyard By Marriott with affordable rates and in a good location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. That is the opinion of several travelers who have stayed here and enjoyed top notch service from a crew of friendly employees. Minor complaint from those who slept on a rollaway bed: They are not very comfortable. Fortunately the regular king size beds are. Most visitors said they would certainly stay at this property on future visits to Laguna Hills and had no problem recommending this hotel to others.
