Everything was pleasant. Room was great and staff was very professional. Check out was quick and easy. Everything was taken care of.

When we arrived at one of the Penthouse Suites, each room had a TV (3 rooms) but there was only 1 remote control, the living room phone was out of order. Maintenance was very responsive and fixed out situation. However, soon after, the Master Bedroom toilet backed up and wouldn't flush thoroughly. We didn't realize how bad this was until it continued to get worse throughout our one night stay.
