The clean, spacious rooms and well-maintained hotel amenities were some times let down by inconsistent staff service, which was at times friendly and prompt but at other times unconcerned about guest requests. Driving from Los Angeles Airport (LAX): I-405 South to Jamboree exit, turn left. Go over freeway, continue a quarter mile to Main and turn right. Turn left on Union to the hotel.
