The hotel was in a great location, the room was very clean and accommodating, there was easy access off the freeway, and the restaurant we had breakfast in was very good.
The location was excellent for our needs.
Hotels should learn to not charge for parking. Simply adding it to the price of the room.

Nice with all expected amenities of an upscale hotel - only complaint was smell when walked into room like baby powder - probably due to some of the cleaning items used or something in the vacuum cleaner - I just don't like any fragrances, good or bad.
Staff was efficient and helpful.
The room smelled like baby powder which was not pleasant.

Rooms are well-appointed and clean, but some guests found the bathrooms a little tiny. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet, and staffs provide attentive service. The hotel offers a daily complimentary shuttle service to and from John Wayne/Orange County Airport beginning at 5.15am on weekdays and 6.15am on weekends at 15 and 45 minutes after the hours, with the last pick up at 11.15pm. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttles to local shopping venues, which can be arranged at the front desk.
