In-room "complimentary high-speed Internet access" actually costs $9.95 per day. Business center has no free services ($3 minimum charge). I received a minor phone charge, but I never touched the phone. Neither I nor my business companion could get either room warmer than 65 degrees after sundown, even when thermostats were set to 85. Staff got slightly defensive and argumentative when asked about this. Had none of these problems a year ago when I last visited. Was OK, now unpleasant.

The outward appearance of the Adobe is impressive. The lobby is expansive and pleasant. The room is modest. However, I was positively aghast at the bathroom size. It was no larger than a closet. There were no hooks on which to hang towels or clothing, nor towel bars. I am small, and the shower was pretty cramped. I basically hated using the bathroom due to the size. I have had two other business trips since this, and while the price is nice, the cramped nature of the room and bath were enough to deter me from returning.
