Our room was not clean. There is no excuse for poor cleaning. We would not return for that reason alone. The people were nice that we will say, but a hotel room must be clean.

We enjoyed our trip to the Fresno, Ca area. The suite was very clean, well maintained and very polite courteous people. The location of the hotel was perfect for the events we attended. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would visit the area.

Overall, service was extremely pleasant, professional, courteous and genuienly compassionate when I informed them I was in town for a funeral.
