For the short stay and for my needs for that time, it was fine. Not as elegant or luxurious as I would like but fine for my needs for that trip.

Check-in was fast and easy. My kids wished we would have had time to use the pool, tennis court and basketball court, maybe next time. This is a great area, food, shopping and entertainment everywhere! Would definitely stay again.

Great breakfast, nice room, great stay.

A little too close to the fwy, just a little noisy.

When I arrived at this hotel I was very impressed with it. The customer service was excellent and my room was clean and ready for me. It was a quiet stay and I felt very safe. It was close to my destination (Fresno State) and to other areas where I wanted to do some shopping. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

The hotel was very pleasant to stay at and the customer service was excellent.

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

This is an excellent Residence Inn in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, and ideally equipped for the extended stay traveler. The suites are squeaky clean and fully equipped and the top notch crew of employees has lots of helpful hints about sightseeing and the best places to shop and dine. Several guests said the prices here were far less than for similar accommodation on the northern end of town. As a result most clients said this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to Fresno and they had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
