There is one 750 square-foot meeting room available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include several golf courses, Yosemite National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, California State University at Fresno, the Fresno Metropolitan Museum, Sequoia National Park, Fresno Chafee Zoo, the Island Water Park and shopping at the Shops at River Park and at the Fashion Fair Shopping Center.

This is an excellent Residence Inn in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, and ideally equipped for the extended stay traveler. The suites are squeaky clean and fully equipped and the top notch crew of employees has lots of helpful hints about sightseeing and the best places to shop and dine. Several guests said the prices here were far less than for similar accommodation on the northern end of town. As a result most clients said this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to Fresno and they had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers. Read our customer reviews?

All of the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a fireplace, work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.
