The Quality Inn and Suites is a very attractive hotel. The breakfast bar was good and my husband loved cooking his waffle! With its location across from the mall it would be a great base for an extended visit to the Fresno area.
The hotel was clean, attractive and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful Tuesday morning with directions.
The main lobby had an unpleasant smell like body odor. The hallways and room smelled fine. The refrigerator in our room was not plugged in.

Many travelers to Fresno were impressed with the super service they got at this Quality Inn and Suites and said the property offers great value. The location was good, near the city’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Those who paid a little more for a junior suite said the accommodation was spacious with glass French doors separating the living and sleeping area which allowed light but still provided privacy. Several clients said they would stay at this hotel on future visits to the San Joaquin Valley area and had no problem recommending the property to others.
