I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Fresno in spite of the fact that half of the online reviews were negative. I would caution you to request a room away from the noisy highway. One traveler, who stays in Fresno frequently for business, claims that the Courtyard by Marriott Fresno is the only place he'd stay, but gives it a negative review because their televisions aren't the latest model and he doesn't like to pay for breakfast. Not a single reviewer complained of bugs or rude staff. Guests felt the hotel and the swimming pool were immaculate and in good repair.
