Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a full breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee, a newspaper on weekday mornings and parking. There is boardroom available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include several golf courses, Yosemite National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, the Fresno Metropolitan Museum, Sequoia National Park, Table Mountain Casino, Fresno Chafee Zoo, the Island Water Park and shopping at Fashion Fair Shopping Center and the Shops at River Park which is less than a mile from the hotel.

This is an affordable hotel with eqsy access to the expressway and with fully equipped rooms and a friendly team of employees filled with information about the area sightseeing, shopping and dining. That is the view of several travelers who have stayed at this Comfort Suites and say they will stay here again. Many guests said this was a well-maintained property and there were a few minor moans that the complimentary breakfast was no up to the usual Comfort Suites standard.
