Our stay at the Embassy was great. We were lost and could not find the hotel. I called and they directed us with easy to follow directions. They also assisted us on places we would probally like to visit and nearby restaurants. I think that was wonderful of them to do that. The service was also great, food was excellent. My next trip to L.A we are booking a room at the Embassy..

From the time we arrived until we left I found Embassy Suites to be a very clean, friendly, and efficient environment. The breakfast was great! The suite was more than sufficient.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, it is a great place for family. It is located right off the highway, the breakfast offered daily was really great, and service was good. Beautiful hotel, has a nice pool and good exercise facilities.

A beautiful facility. They had EVERYTHING that I could possibly want. The service was outstanding. I've already booked this facility again as the location for our family Christmas weekend. I wish that I could stay here more often... I felt VERY pampered!

Be aware that all the rooms that face the back of the property have the sliders locked and are covered with opaque film over the windows. Apparently this is due to some hoo-haw with their neighbors. I had to plead and waste 1/2 hour before I could get a room with a real window. Also, the large covered interior lobby is rented for functions, whcih makes for a noisy party right outside your door.

I agree that the breakfast lines were terrible if you waited. My parents traveled with us and didn't have a problem when they went down early. We encountered a problem during our stay and the front desk went out of their way to help us.

Hotel was excellent, except for three things: 1. Lines for breakfast were LONG, seating was crazy. 2. Wireless access was $9.95 and did not work well. 3. Parking was $16.95
