This would be my fourth stay at this hotel and this last time the room that I was given was filthy and had a terrible smell. The chair was soiled the carpet was nasty and the shower was in need of fixtures. I called down and asked for a new room and was given a new room to my satisfaction. Other than that my overall experience with this facility has met my expectations.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff tried to be helpful. Bathroom smelled of smoke even though non-smoking room. Within 7/10 of a mile from a Trader Joe's. Walking distance to mall, food, grocery store. Good hotel but would probably sniff around before move into room next time.

Has a kitchen. Staff accommodating.

I had a non -smoking room that smelled of smoke.

Cleanness of linens, and some types of guess in hotel whose auto-audio base sound can be heard blocks away.
