I loved the embassy suites in Downey. It was in a perfect location. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and they had free drinks from 5:30 7:00. The only thing I didn't like was the checkout time. I wanted to get a late checkout time, 2pm, but there is a fee of $25.00 for that. That was the only thing I didn't like.

This is a lovely place that features nicely appointed rooms. The whole hotel is spic and span and very clean too. The service is just wonderful which means that if you want to be pampered without spending for a full-blown 5-star hotel, this is the place to be. Most of the rooms offer a great view of the cityscape and these rooms are generously-spaced too.
