The staff at Laguna Cliffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel misplaced my reservation and never completely resolved. I was locked out of my room after the first night because of it and it was simply an inconvenience. As result of their, the management staff, laziness to follow through with a situation I was charged, although temporarily, for the room, another inconvenience which has yet to be settled. My suggestion is to call well in advance to confirm that the reservation is in good standing.

The accomodation and service were exceptional, very friendly and respectful

The management promised resolutions on false pretenses, as a result brought stress to the stay

I would recommend this hotel, the location and the atmosphere are great. They just have to pay more attention on the rooms the smell wasn't too pleasant.

The views from the hotel are beautiful, and is close to shops and restaurants.

Our room had certain smell, even though it looked clean, it didn't feel clean.

We loved the hotel. It had a greats couple of pools, the location was wonderful. It is a little on the older side, but still very nice.

Dana Point is one of Orange County's hidden gems. The town has something for everyone, including great beaches, fantastic golf courses and sailing and whale watching excursions from the Dana Point Harbor. For those that want to shop South Coast Plaza is a designer haven with names such as Channel, Armani, Burberry and more. The area boasts many fine restaurants, offering everything from casual beachside dining to fine dining and international cuisine. Laguna Beach, is just down PCH. This beachside resort hosts many artist's galleries and summer festivals. The hotel is within a 30 minute drive of Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Lego Land. Guests who want to visit Los Angeles and San Diego will find that they are a short drive down the freeway.
